It is my life's honor to be used in service of the greatest King and kingdom there ever was or will be. I'm a military brat, former Patriot League athlete and product of Mobile, Al. I love my family, sports and members who feed their pastor!

What’s up! I’m Lathea “Thea” Miskel and I serve as the Communications Associate. I’m primarily responsible for communicating with our church body through a myriad of communications mediums. I enjoy good music, good food and watching LeBron James play basketball!

What it do?! I’m Michael Johnson, but I also go by “Mike” or “Yunomike,” which is my rapper name. I serve as the community evangelist here at The Ave, which allows me to build up God’s kingdom by building up our community. Growing up in a rough environment has given me life experiences that allow me to easily relate as well as reach out. My favorite things to do are spend time with my beautiful wife and family, travel, hoop, make music, and play video games. I’m all about meeting new people, so don’t be a stranger. Come holla at ya boy!

I'm Sabas Moya, a Pastoral Resident at the Avenue Community Church, pursuing a Master in Divinity at Memphis Theological Seminary. I also lead Sunday morning worship set up and serve wherever needed.

Hey! I'm Stephen Akindona also affectionately known as "Big Steve"! I serve as the Worship Director here at the Avenue community church! I love being able to help facilitate our corporate worship services and help create an atmosphere of worship using music. I love watching movies and routing for America's team aka Dem Boys! I am originally from Houston and here is a fun fact, I am actually a Nigerian prince! I'm married to the most gorgeous and caring woman in the world and most of all enjoy spending time with Eunice!
